Reporting to the manager and working as a team, you will be responsible for:
Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end-to-end recruitment services. Collaborating closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and fostering solid and lasting relationships. Leading by example as a role model and one of the Top Performers in Revenue, focusing on recruiting for Accountancy & Finance. Winning new accounts and referring leads to other teams, assisting your manager to lead the team to new heights of success, achieving sales targets and increasing productivity. Cultivating and nurturing a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration. To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
Proven success within a consultancy in recruiting for the Accountancy & Finance sector. Strong Business Development skills and the ability to network with Finance executives. A proven track record in Accountancy and Finance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
