RESPONSIBILITIES This role will be based in the Wood Perth office, reporting to the Piping Lead.
To be successful you have prior senior designer level working experience in the Offshore LNG, Oil & Gas sectors within an EPCM engineering and maintenance project environment with both onshore and offshore scope of work engagements with particular emphasis on Brownfields modifications.
What we are looking for: Demonstrated Experience to drive design teams to deliver Quality design deliverablesDemonstrated capability of performing the full range of discipline design and analysisDemonstrated ability to work independently with good initiative and interpersonal skillsTechnical associate's degree or equivalent in education and/or experienceDemonstrated ability to check piping deliverablesSelf starter with the ability to guide/train junior level designers.QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary qualified in Engineering / DraftingMinimum of 15 years piping design experience in the oil and gas industryMinimum 5 years in Principal Design role managing project scopes and resourcesUnderstanding of discipline technology and other discipline requirementsAbility to problem solve effectivelyAttention to detailCompetency in E3D CAD systems is essentialIf you're an experienced Senior or Principal Piping Designer ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today.
