You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and teams to drive continuous improvement, ensuring our performance management system and associated processes align with strategic objectives.Key responsibilities will include:Solution Design & Delivery: Lead and contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance management system and other HR processes, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing strategic input and presenting recommendations to decision-makers.Operating Model & Technology Implementation: Support the development of the target operating model for performance management and ensure the effective implementation of the performance management system, including governance and operational support.Change Management & Training: Develop and execute change management strategies, alongside creating training and support materials (e.g., quick reference guides, instructional videos).Partnership & Integration: Work closely with internal teams (HR, BHP Operating System) and external providers to ensure sustainable delivery of outcomes.Ongoing Operational Support: Facilitate key performance cycle activities, including goal alignment sessions, mid-year reviews, and performance calibration meetings.Vendor & Budget Management: Manage external providers within agreed frameworks, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.About YouThis role will suit someone with:HR experience with proven expertise in managing large-scale HR projects and performance management systems.Strong project management skills with experience in stakeholder engagement, resource management, and change management.Deep understanding of HR technology, including systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams.Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, along with high-level presentation (including PowerPoint) skills.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.We are recruiting for two (2) roles - one (1) permanent and one (1) 3 days part-time fixed term for 12 months.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
