About the role:As part of an already large, existing legal team you will report to the Manager of Legal Services with a work mix that will include:employment contracts, ER/IR related disputes, disciplinary matters, anti discrimination, WH&S matters and investigations and some workers' compensation work;working with management and HR on strategic employment law matters;assisting with the development of procedure, policy and governance relating to HR/IR/ER requirements; andassist in the development of organisational training and staff development.Skills/Experience:To be considered for this role you will have:7+ years PAE demonstrated employment law experience ideally with strong private practice training;strong communication skills as well as attention to detail;excellent stakeholder and client experience with a highly commercial, pragmatic approach.Benefits:Awaiting you is:a great salary and benefits;a legal team that is well thought of through the organisation and provide a friendly and collegiate workplace;potential for a 4 day per week arrangement for the right candidate;excellent benefits including flexibility, 2 days WFH and RDOs.Apply now:Click APPLY or contact
