We currently are looking for our newest team members in the role of Principal HR Project Advisory, based in Brisbane or Perth (either permanent or fixed term). In this role, your focus will be on project delivery of various workforce transitions occurring across the business and will be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional in delivering large-scale projects within our operations.Reporting to the Manager HR Projects Advisory – Operations Services, the position(s) available are to work across our Operations Services project and other projects at times one of the key initial focus areas.
In this role, you will support and influence internal and external stakeholders regarding inclusion and diversity employment matters, and HR project management. Focusing on all aspects of Inclusion and Diversity, a key area of accountability will be coordination of employment related initiatives integral to the overall Strategic Plan for Operations Services.
You will help shape a workplace culture where individuals feel involved, respected, valued and connected and where differences are embraced and Our Charter Values are reflected.
As the Principal HR Projects Advisory, you will be responsible for:
Providing strategic support in the design, delivery and project management of large-scale projects across the business;
Delivering and developing people strategies, initiatives and execution plans for relevant projects;
Development and Management of Strategic, Culture and People related initiatives incl. Inclusion and Diversity plan execution for the Operations Services business through the development and facilitation of programs at all levels of the organisation;
Working across Project Advisory to drive an integrated delivery across projects and seek opportunities to enable synergies and a common approach;
Facilitating new ways of working and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
Working collaboratively and play a key integration role for the project and across the HR function to ensure effective and efficient delivery; and
Depending on the scope of the project, provide the full suite of HR support.
