Principal (Healthcare Staffing Program Director) Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal healthcare agencies, is currently seeking a Principal, Healthcare Staffing Program Director, in support of a new, complex federal contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs/Veterans Health Administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Principal, Integrated Critical Staffing Program Director (ICSP) will serve as the management leader for this 10-year IDIQ contract. This role will be part of PFS' leadership team and will serve as the primary point of contact with the government customer and will lead a team of professionals coordinating the provision of clinical and non-clinical staffing and program support services. The candidate should possess healthcare management and staffing experience as well as experience directing large, complex government contracts. Responsibilities include:
Managing a team of internal professionals to meet established metrics and quality objectivesServe as the point of contact with the government Contract Officer's Representative (COR) and other government contract stakeholdersDirecting communications and engagement with a large partner networkImplementing and directing project controls and oversight related to performance and costEnsuring compliance with all relevant government and contract requirementsConsultation with PFS leadership and oversight including Medical Advisory team, Quality Assurance team and other leadersMinimum Qualifications At least 10 years of experience managing nationwide healthcare programsAt least 7 years of experience leading healthcare recruiting or staffing contracts for government or commercial organizationsFamiliarity with healthcare staff credentialing, training, and onboarding processesDemonstrated experience leading a large partner network to meet customer requirementsDemonstrated leadership experience for government contracts including P&L, customer satisfaction, and metricsBachelor's degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in business and/or health administrationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointExcellent oral and written communication skillsAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitelyAbility to obtain a Public Trust if requiredPreferred Qualifications Academic degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or another similar fieldExperience delivering large contracts on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans AffairsActive PMP certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
