We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Employee Relations Principal to join our HR team and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
As the Employee Relations Principal, you will play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, supporting a culture of respect, and addressing workplace concerns.
You will lead employee relations initiatives, provide expert guidance on HR policies, and manage conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application across the business.

Exceptional communicator with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong ability to analyse data to determine performance and action.
Ability to influence and drive change.
Proven ability to apply knowledge of employment legislation, awards and agreements, policies and best practice.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects.
