As a Principal Consultant, you demonstrate strong expertise in the industry and you network effectively with Finance executives as both clients and candidates.

Description
Reporting in to the manager and working as a team, you will be responsible for:
Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end to end recruitment services.
Collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships.
Leading by example and a role model as one of the Top Performers in Revenue, focusing on recruiting for Accountancy & Finance.
Winning new accounts and referring leads to other teams. Assisting your manager to lead the team to new heights of success, achieving sales targets and increasing productivity.
Cultivating and nurturing a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration.
Surpassing KPIs through effective goal-setting, sales, and business planning.
Profile
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
Proven success within a consultancy in recruiting for the Accountancy & Finance.
Strong Business Development skills and ability to network with Finance executives.
Proven track record in Accountancy and Finance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong resilience and a passion for driving success in exceeding expectations.
