What you will love about the role

Reporting into the Head of the Canberra business, you will partner with an experienced and collaborative team to deliver high quality, systemic level, consulting solutions to primarily State and Federal Government clients. You will enjoy contributing to thought leadership across the group and taking a relationship approach to building business across new middle, senior and executive management. This diverse role will allow you to focus on leading projects in your area of consulting expertise however enjoy contributing broadly to other lines of business.

You will enjoy working in a flexible and non-hierarchical organisation which balances challenging work with a focus on work life balance for its employees. Your role will be largely geographically based, so travel can be minimal, and you will thrive in a learning organisation where the national team comes together monthly to share thought leadership and key learnings.

What we will love about you

To thrive in this role you will:

Have 8+ years’ experience in management consulting working at middle, senior or executive level;

Have experience in one or more areas of Organisational Strategy, Organisational Development and Design, leadership development, culture, team effectiveness and transformation;

Have a true passion to be part of a collaborative and progressive brand that is focused on culture and innovative practice;

Come with established networks and relationships in the Canberra public sector marketplace;

Someone that can work autonomously and is a self-starter;

Be non-hierarchical with a long-term focus on relationships; and

Be across modern approaches and frameworks in management consulting.
