Principal Business Change Officer

The role: Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Change and Training, the Principal Business Change Officer will manage business change activities across multiple ICT projects and initiatives, including business change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
Further responsibilities include: Manage, identify, develop, and plan business change management deliverables required to ensure the successful engagement of stakeholders.Ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.Initiate, influence, and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.To be successful in this role you will have: Strong background and expertise in change management/business transformation change management.Successful leadership of business change management activities including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, within a large, complex organisation-wide project environment.Excellent change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, along with the management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.Experience in the documentation (change management plans, change impact assessments), implementation and evaluation of business change activities in a large-scale complex project environment.High level stakeholder engagement and communication skills to support effective business change and transformation, including the ability to engage, influence and connect with others, often remotely.Experience in the development, documentation, implementation, and evaluation of business change in ICT projects within a healthcare environment, using appropriate industry standards and techniques.Previous experience as a Change Lead or Business Change Manager (highly desirable).Benefits of working with eHealth Queensland: By joining eHealth Queensland, you will work within a fast-paced, challenging and supportive environment where every employee plays a critical role in our ongoing success.
