The opportunity Gain multisectoral experience and work alongside passionate technical experts Based in Australia – join our Head Office in Adelaide or work remotely An ongoing, full-time opportunity Key responsibilities Coordinate with the proposal team on strategic issues involving proposal budgets and ensure that the team is educated on client requirements for the cost proposals. Lead Cost/Price Volume production responsibility for complex price proposals. Develop cost kick-off presentations for executive leadership team. Manage assigned subcontractors as a part of the proposal process and perform activities including developing budget templates, providing budget assumptions and negotiating budgets. Conduct internal budget reviews during the proposal period. Present budget reviews to key stakeholders including executive leadership. Ensure proposals comply with Tetra Tech corporate policy. Selection criteria An accounting qualification is highly desirable. Experience submitting government tenders. Experience working under hard deadlines and managing multi-deliverable projects. Experience in accounting, finance and business administration operations and reporting. Demonstrated skills in business finance operations (approvals, payments, accounting, reporting, procurement).
