We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a Pricing Analyst to lead and elevate our pricing strategies in the secondary ticket market.
This is a highly strategic and data-driven role where you will be responsible for developing and optimizing advanced pricing models, forecasting demand, and driving revenue growth through dynamic pricing strategies.
As a member of the team, you will work cross-functionally with leadership and business operations to refine and execute pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.
This role demands a combination of strong analytical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the secondary ticketing industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Pricing Strategy Development: Drive the development of comprehensive pricing strategies for resale tickets across various market segments, including dynamic and tiered pricing models, to maximize revenue and align with broader business objectives.Advanced Market Analytics: Lead in-depth market research and competitive analysis, continuously monitoring ticket price trends, demand shifts, and competitor strategies in the secondary market to inform pricing decisions.Revenue Optimization: Oversee and fine-tune pricing decisions in real-time to optimize revenue, taking into account factors such as event popularity, inventory levels, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to align pricing strategies with broader company goals and ensure pricing decisions are executed effectively across channels.Reporting & Strategy Communication: Deliver regular, actionable insights to senior management through in-depth pricing and performance reports.
Present strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.Strategic Project Leadership: Lead pricing-related projects, from conceptualization to execution, to improve business outcomes and implement innovative pricing solutions.Customer & Market Segmentation: Develop and implement sophisticated segmentation strategies that reflect varying customer behaviors and market demands, ensuring pricing models are finely tuned to different buyer profiles.Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on pricing best practices, advanced analytical techniques, and strategic thinking.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, data analysis, or financial modeling, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
