The Opportunity: Join our Welshpool Service Department to assist the in the scheduling and management of our Preventative Maintenance (PM) service activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling our PM Service Technicians, liaising with or Parts Teams and all other relevant parties involved in each job.
You will communicate effectively with both customers and company personnel, ensuring that all activities adhere with Komatsu standards, policies and procedures.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super Role Located: Welshpool Key Responsibilities: Ensure PM Service Team meets OHS&E standards and Komatsu's Golden Rules.
Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive PM service offerings and engagement.
Maximize daily PM Service jobs through effective planning, technician scheduling, and coordination with the Parts Team.
Manage technician hours to minimize lost time and optimize resource allocation.
