You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating the press brake machine. You will maintain a high level of safety, reliability and operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll enjoy a great work/life balance with a 4-day week and no weekend work, in a clean environment at competitive, above-Award rates!Your responsibilities will include:Daily operation of the press machine as part of the production processSetting up and pressing materials to manufacturing specificationsInspecting final product to ensure high qualityIdentifying and correcting machine malfunctionsInterpreting technical drawings for component specificationsEnsuring the health and safety of all customers, visitors and team membersUndertaking activities in a team environment and meeting safety, time, quality and production targetsIdentifying, assessing and controlling workplace hazardsMaintaining workplace cleanliness and tool and equipment careWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe ideal candidate will have:Experience in a similar role operating a press machine (ideal)Australian Manual Drivers LicenceForklift ticket an advantageExcellent quality of work and time management skillsStrong, ongoing commitment to workplace health & safetyGood written and verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of 4×4 Makes, Models and popular accessories and brands (desirable)Passion for the outdoors, off-roading and camping is a plus!Your dream role awaits!
