Overview About the role We're looking for an entry level Administration Assistant to support our Premium and Credit department within our Workers Compensation team.
The opportunity will be a fixed term contract for the duration of 6 months, with opportunities for successful candidates to be considered for ongoing opportunities within our broader organisation upon contract completion.
To be considered, you don't need to have Insurance or Work Cover experience!
We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for high-quality customer service, fast learners, and candidates who have previous experience in debt collection, or general administrative roles who are seeking their next challenge.
Training will be provided to our new team members by our highly experienced team of Premium and Credit Experts.
How you'll make an impact You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following: Supporting the Premium and Credit teams by responding to incoming customer queries by phone and email, and assisting with Debt Collection Supporting with general Premium administrative duties such as generating letters and formal correspondence, and accurately recording information and documentation relating to Employer's Insurance Premiums Utilising Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contact notes About you We're interested in hearing from people who possess: Experience within a role focused Premium and/or debt collection will be ideal for your success within this position A dedication to customer service, in particular phone-based service High attention to detail and mathematical skills Great communications skills PC literacy, administration/Microsoft Office experience What we can offer you: Attractive remuneration packaging & flexible work arrangements – including Work from Home Excellent working environment – friendly, flexible and supportive working environment which is built around great team support and rewarding opportunities Exciting career – as our Company grows, so do the opportunities for our people; Opportunities for ongoing education and development; Staff benefits including retail & health insurance discounts and more!
