Substantial growth in their custom homes division has now led to the requirement for another experienced administrator to join their high-performing team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your role and day-to-day duties will consist of the following: Pre-site Administration (Applying for Building Permits). Maintaining onsite customer service relationships by creating and maintaining client files with the relevant contract and associated documentation. Arranging contract appointments & variation appointments with clients. Assisting clients with colour selections and product re-selections when required. Onsite Liaison, providing client updates on a regular basis during construction. Updating clients on Post Construction items and works when required. Liaising with various internal departments including estimating and drafting teams to clarify progress or issues raised by clients and other departments. Other relevant administrative duties. To apply for this role, the Customer Service Officer will possess the following skills and experience: Experience working for a volume residential builder is essential. Experience with Custom builds preferred. Good understanding of various stages of the construction process. Good understanding of building regulations, codes, and architectural plans. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and deal with a variety of activities. Good MS Office skills. Onsite Companion software experience preferred. High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Willingness to be hands-on and a can-do attitude. A team player.
