As Head Chef you will be across all service and operations, menu collaboration and leadership.
Ideal Qualities we seek are: Fantastic operational and cuisine knowledge in fine dining, hatted or Michelin venues.
Advanced protein skills, specifically steak & other beef cuts is ideal.
