We offer leadership development and other training programs, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to excel in your career with us.About The RoleThe role of Pre-Construction Manager is to ensure that our team's projects are correctly positioned for success during the sales process, prior to the construction phase commencing.Here are some examples of what you'll doOversee contracts, approvals and resourcing (workflow & capacity)Maintain client relationships and delivering positive client experiencesManage client expectations on budget, program, design and qualityLiaise with Subcontractors, Estimators, Services Installation and Construction teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with additional key groups including the project Consultant Team, Administrators & Site ManagersManage workflow, including work scheduling, document control protocols, cost control and HSEQ site set upProviding construction and financial project updates and reporting against agreed budgets/ forecastHere is what will make you ideal for the roleA minimum of 3 years Project Management experience, preferably with a Design and Construct CompanyIdeally workspace fit-out experienceWorking knowledge of IT Systems such as Word, Excel, MS Project and ideally Viewpoint an ERP management tool (e.g. Procore/ACC/Viewpoint)Experience working closely with the Sales team (bid approach, attending the pitch)You will hold a formal qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (Building), Bachelor of Construction Management (or equivalent) (ideal)Here is why you might love working for usWe do 2 days in the office/week and the rest from anywhereWe're goals driven, not hours driven.
