Building 100+ homes a year, this is a reputable builder with a huge pipeline of work coming up. We are looking for an experience Pre-Construction customer service administrator who can give an outstanding experience to those building with them.

The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, she has been an integral part of the business for a long time. Super down to earth and approachable.
The new role will involve:
Assisting customers with questions about their new home build
Provide support to ensure the efficient flow of projects from deposit through to construction
Ensure any correspondence is acted upon and respond quickly to client, supplier, subcontract
Work with council applications processing
Deal with Private Certifiers
Compile contract documentation
What you need
You will ideally have the following criteria:
Project homes experience is essential
Professional presentation and manner
A passion for residential construction and customer care
Previous experience within a high volume administration role
Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
Outgoing, friendly personality
Longevity in previous roles
