Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Mid Eyre Medical – Cleve and Cowell Salary: $84,870 - $107,279 p.a (pro rata) - RN/RM2C Temporary Part Time (32 hours per fortnight, up to 2 June 2025) Exciting Opportunity: Practice Nurse at Mid Eyre Medical – Cleve and Cowell Mid Eyre Medical is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team on a contract basis until 2 June 2025 working across both Cleve and Cowell sites.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing services, support leadership, and contribute to the effective management of our practice.
As the Practice Nurse at Mid Eyre Medical, you will: Provide comprehensive nursing and/or midwifery services across various health service settings, consolidating your experience and expertise.
Develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner, taking accountability for your practice standards and the activities delegated to others.
Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager or equivalent in leading and developing the nursing/midwifery team.
Undertake a diverse portfolio that includes: Promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other Advanced Nurses/Midwives and the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager.
Assisting in the implementation of practice changes and improvements.
Contributing to ward/unit/service management responsibilities, including performance management, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, financial and supplies planning, and monitoring.
