About the Role
We're on the lookout for a friendly, professional, and organised Practice Manager to join our Myhealth general practice at The Strand, Coolangatta.
In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the practice and support our medical team in delivering exceptional care.

Assisting lead doctors with operational excellence Overseeing appointments and bookings Managing waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments Assisting with patient and doctor queries Utilising appropriate item numbers for appointments What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1-2 years of General Practice experience essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in managing nursing and administration staff preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
