Ambulatory Services is a 305 bed facility and is the main referral hospital for Central Queensland, now providing integrated cancer care services in Central Queensland in the newly established building boasting state of the art medical equipment.
About the role:Work collaboratively with department leads, Nurse Unit Manager Specialist Outpatients and CQHHS Business Practice Improvement Officer to facilitate and maintain ambulatory service Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Develop close working relationships with Health Information Processes around Medical Record Management and Specialist Outpatients Service Data Validation.High Level Practice Management and Leadership support to effectively supervise, train, appraise and direct staff in the achievement of service policies, procedures, and goals.Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend/implement enhancements to existing practices.About you:Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, experience in the delivery of Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems would be well regarded.High level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.Well-developed ability to function effectively as a team member and on an individual basis, to work autonomously and show initiative in day to day problem solving within an ambulatory health service environment.Competent computer skills in information systems relative to Specialist Outpatient Services environment.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $131,052 p.a.
