Receptionists (Administration & Office Support) A reputable accounting firm in central Perth is looking for a Practice Manager to run the practice and oversee operations. The role requires a competent people manager to oversee the administration and management of the team.
Your new role This is an exciting leadership role that works closely with the executive team. It is a rewarding role where you will oversee the front desk, manage the executive diaries and travel, handle general office management of the facilities, and liaise with relevant 3rd party suppliers regarding IT and other services.
It's important that you are a leader who can cultivate and develop your staff to help nurture and be a great administration leader. You will be working in a small, inclusive, collaborative team.
This role will also require you to have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be passionate about providing excellent service to clients. Additionally, you may assist the Finance Manager with some accounting support functions, subject to the relevant skill set.
What you'll need to succeed You will have experience as a people manager and be able to galvanise and support the strategy of the organisation. You will need to be highly organised as you will have to coordinate administration and practice management. You'll need to be a polished communicator and be engaging with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Previous experience working as a Practice Manager in an accounting, legal, or medical organisation is required. Previous finance/payroll experience is desirable but not essential.

The salary package for an experienced Practice Manager with people management skills is between $110 - 120k inclusive of super.
