This Practice Manager role offers the opportunity to shape business operations by driving efficiency and implementing best practices across the organisation. It offers a unique blend of strategic planning and operational management, allowing you to directly contribute to the overall success of the business. You will be exposed to all aspects of the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our growing organisation.
In this dynamic role, you will:
Manage and optimise financial resources and operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and internal policiesDrive operational excellence through process improvement and technologyBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersOversee the efficient operation of office administration and support functionsLead HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsCollaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plansTo succeed in this role, you will:
