Located in the renowned SAN Hospital Wahroonga, our group neurology practice is committed to delivering exceptional service and care to our patients.
With a team of 12 highly focused specialists, 3 technicians and 7 admin staff, we strive for professionalism and excellence in everything we do.
The Role
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the practice, including working closely with the Front Office Team Leader.
This is a full-time position offering great work hours of 8-4.30pm with the added bonus of free onsite parking.
Ideally, the role will commence in January 2025 after the Christmas break.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clear direction, inspiration, and motivation to the team Collaborating with the Front Office Team Leader to supervise and lead the team Developing and implementing practice planning and marketing initiatives Coordinating and evaluating all aspects of the practice to drive improvements Building and maintaining strong relationships with referring practitioners and the medical community Ensuring compliance with HR best practices, risk management, and WHS Liaising with bookkeeper and accounting in relation to financial reporting Supporting the Directors in achieving practice goals and objectives To excel in this position, you should possess:
Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a medical practice Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure A passion for driving growth and innovation Excellent time management and organisational skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills The ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing conditions A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry regulations Have some questions?
