About the role
Myhealth Bondi is looking for a Practice Manager to support a team of 7 General Practitioners and allied health staff. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring compliance, rostering, and implementing policies that enhance patient care and streamline workflows. Assisting lead doctors with operational excellence Overseeing day-to-day practice operations Carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments) Solution focused management of clinic operations and doctor queries Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in managing nursing and administration staff preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred. Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow. A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice. Support Offered:
