About the role
We are on the lookout for an outstanding Practice Manager to lead the growth of the practice and have fun whilst doing so!
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all team members have the tools and resources they need to deliver outstanding service Conducting inductions and training, and reporting on any areas where further training may be required Reviewing systems and procedures, identifying weaknesses, and investigating solutions Providing input into strategy and coordinating team and management meetings Coming from a dental background is preferred, but what we DO want to see is someone who:
Has previous experience in a practice/clinic coordinator/management position Can demonstrate experience dealing with HR issues Shows excellent attention to detail and can maintain this under heavier workloads Can manage a team of people, getting the best out of them and ensuring everyone is working in alignment with company objectives Has outstanding communication skills Is a genuine team player, with a focus on the overall improvement of the business If this sounds like you, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
