Location: This is a hybrid opportunity based in Perth.

About the role
Leadership: The Manager for this role is Aman Bhandari.
Aman is based in Sydney and is the National Practice Manager for Cloud Platform and Managed Services.
Aman has a wealth of experience as a Cloud Leader, leading diverse teams (both on-shore and off-shore), coordinating the development, sales, and delivery of new solutions and contributing to long-term commercial planning and strategy.

As a Practice Lead, you will be a member of our leadership team, responsible for team management and operational excellence for our West Coast (Perth/Adelaide) Cloud Platform practice of approx.
20 Consultants.
You will have input into the development of the practice strategy and execute on a practice business plan that aligns to the broader company plans and vision for the future.
We will count on you to maintain high teammate and client satisfaction, live our values, and lead by example.
Along the way, you will get to be involved in:
Business Leadership: Execute the regional business plan for the Practice including 'Go to Market', Sales & Marketing Plan, & financial plan.
Delivery Management: People Management, capacity planning, team utilisation, upskilling Vendor and client engagement Some billable activity such as pre-sales, quality assurance, managing escalations and assisting Project Managers to drive projects Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.

What we're looking for
Previous experience managing a Cloud Practice within a Professional Services organisation, managing all aspects of a services business including P&L Extensive team leadership and people management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing partners and senior stakeholders Technical background in Azure Cloud and Infrastructure.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
