The Role We are looking for a Practice Assistant who is highly organised and dependable to join our rapidly growing business. We are a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and has a positive attitude.
This full-time position in our Sydney office will allow you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent administration and organisational abilities, and play an integral part in our growth and overall success.
We're in search of someone who will embrace a variety of responsibilities that may come their way.
You will work alongside senior administrators providing high-quality legal support to our Partners and fee earners to ensure the smooth running of the practice groups.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the practice groups.Diary management and extensive travel arrangements.Prepare and organise legal documents, including correspondence, briefs and trial materials.Hard copy and e-filing.Client liaison and communication.Email management.Billing and expense management.Time entries.Generating reports.Maintain client and matter records and databases.Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying.We're looking for someone: With 1+ years legal assistance experienceWith strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite, billing and document management system skillsWho is an effective communicator and excellent organisational abilitiesWho is confident and self-motivatedA proficient problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving challengesA commitment to providing a high level of administrative support to the teamCollaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWho is an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentWhat's in it for you Opportunity for learning and development and internal career progression.Be mentored in a supportive environment, with access to quality work and professional development opportunities.A fun, collaborative and high-performing team environment with regular social events, training days and team retreats.A competitive remuneration package, including equity pursuant to the Group's ESS.An extra week's leave, as part of our employee personal development program.Full-day birthday leave.How to Apply?
