About the Role Zenith owns, operates, and maintains remote power stations and we are looking to expand our existing maintenance team with suitably qualified electrical tradespersons to work in the Northern Territory.
What you'll do: Operate and maintain reciprocating engines and power generation equipment.Routine and breakdown maintenance.Repair power generation and auxiliary equipment.Power generation and engine management control system maintenance.Fault finding and troubleshooting.Analysis of power generation equipment, systems and associated auxiliary equipment.Preparation and maintenance of internal and external reports and making recommendations for continuous improvement.Attend the power station after hours while on site for faults/breakdowns.Raise and maintain work order and purchase order requests in ERP.About You As the Power Station Operator Maintainer, you will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills to bring to the role:
Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in an Electrical trade.Heavy industry or power generation experience in a maintenance role is desirable but candidates from other industries may be considered.Remote site or FIFO experience.Tradesperson level ERP experience (Pronto, Ellipse, SAP) is desirable.Skills/Ability: Ability to work unsupervised.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good mechanical aptitude.Ability to use Microsoft Office products.Qualifications & Clearances: Current Queensland Driver's License.HV Switching Ticket, desirable.QLD's Electrical Workers license.First Aid certificate.Ability to pass a National Police Clearance and Pre-employment Medical.Right to work in Australia.What's in it for you? 2:2 even time roster.Permanent full-time role.Attractive site and skills-based allowances.Short-term incentive scheme paid bi-annually.Commitment to training and development, with OEM Training provided every year.Strong pipeline of projects in the renewable energy sector.Opportunity for career development within the wider team.Ready for your next challenge?
