Coordinating post-construction activities to ensure seamless project completionManaging documentation related to final inspections, warranties, and handover processesCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of post-construction issuesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards during the post-construction phaseTracking project timelines and milestones to support efficient handover processesAssisting in the development of post-construction reports and performance evaluationsMaintaining accurate records of post-construction activities, including defects and resolutionsProviding administrative support to the Production department as neededThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
