We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join us as Porters at our premier property, The Ville Resort-Casino.
The Role As a Porter, you will play a vital role in each guest journey, ensuring they enjoy an authentic and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities include assisting with luggage and valet parking, as well as responding to guest inquiries about dining options, accommodations, promotions, and events.
About You Hold a current Class C Drivers' license with the ability to drive manual transmission.
Experience in a customer focused role, with the willingness to exceed guests' expectations.
Exceptional communication skills, with an immaculate presentation.
Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle guests' luggage in an efficient and secure manner.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud would be advantageous.
Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
