About Us The Office of Quality and Standards drives the development of academic policy and centralises quality support, compliance monitoring, curriculum management and student integrity oversight.
Our teams lead strategic initiatives that align with the University's vision and ensure excellence across academic and operational standards.
Our Curriculum Information and Student Integrity Services teams manage curriculum portfolio, governance, academic integrity and student conduct ensuring high standards in curriculum design and review.
The Quality Improvement, Compliance, Assurance and Academic Policy teams focus on academic quality, policy oversight, international compliance and professional accreditation continually enhancing processes and data quality to support efficient and effective operations.
The Role In this role you will support the Manager of Academic Policy in driving the strategic development and continuous refinement of university policies and procedures related to learning, teaching, and curriculum.
Working under broad direction the position is responsible for drafting and preparing policy documents, conducting benchmarking and research initiatives and engaging in consultation and collaboration with staff across the University to promote alignment and best practices to ensure our academic standards remain at the forefront of best practices.
What you'll bring to this role A degree and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, excellent time management and task prioritisation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to undertake research and benchmark standards.
