Do you thrive in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Podiatry and Dietetics team at EACH! As a Grade 2 Podiatrist , you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals with foot and lower limb conditions, ensuring they receive coordinated, person-centred, and effective care. Some of your key responsibilities will be to: Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with foot and lower limb disorders across various funding streams, including CHSP, HCP, CHP, HACC, ICDM, and NDIS. Collaborate with Allied Health Services, Clinical and Complex Care Services, and external providers to deliver a comprehensive and holistic approach to care. Participate in clinical and student supervision, contributing to the development and continuous quality improvement of our program. Maintain accurate customer records and comply with organizational standards and ethical guidelines. Qualifications As a passionate Podiatrist, you'll be committed to the principles and practices of community health, primary health, and the social model of health. You will also possess the following qualifications, skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current registration with AHPRA. Certificate in Level 2 First Aid. Highly developed skills in podiatric clinical assessment, treatment, intervention, and infection control. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer-focused care. Experience in supervision, including the mentoring of students and junior staff. Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. What's in it for you?
