What this opportunity involves: The PMO Coordinator will support the PMO Team in delivering an effective program management function for capital works projects. Responsible for the development and ongoing management of program reporting, you'll create reports which provide client and internal stakeholders with clear, concise, and timely oversight of information throughout the lifecycle of the annual capital plan. The Coordinator will also be responsible for program administration activities such as organizing meetings, drafting communications, document control, data entry, and system administration. An Overview of the role: Build, manage, monitor and refine an effective and fit-for-purpose communication plan with business stakeholders in conjunction with change and comms manager. Hold fortnightly communications forums with FM/PM leads and APMs to drive effective communications and comprehension with stakeholders. Create quarterly review pack for FM/APMs/PMs to present to business groups. Create and issue fortnightly FM Minor Works Newsletter to wider business groups. Update standard documentation, templates, and processes as directed. Maintain centralized systems (i.e., SharePoint) to ensure that the latest information and guidance is always readily available to project managers. Assist the PMO team in developing new or refining existing processes, working collaboratively with counterparts in other teams and mapping activities and responsibilities. Analyze data from multiple sources and prepare concise logical reports. Identify accuracy issues or gaps and work with data owners to get systems updated by deadlines. Collaborate with the Account BI and Analytics team to develop reports aligned with Account standards. Track and report on key data to demonstrate performance against KPIs. Ensure attention to detail on all deliverables and the overall quality of final products positively represents JLL. Sounds like you? This is what we're looking for: Strong analytical skills, ability to present data clearly and concisely. High level of attention to detail. Collaborative approach, building positive relationships with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple complex deliverables on a daily basis. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Basic skills in using BI analytical tools (such as Tableau and Alteryx) are desirable. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in problem-solving and investigating issues. Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. Goal-oriented, focused on meeting performance targets while working well within a team. Exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, and openness to new ideas.
