Architects (Information & Communication Technology) As a Technical Platform Architect at TechnologyOne, you will be the visionary behind our technical solutions, driving the team towards a cohesive and robust architectural vision.
You will ensure the successful delivery of all architectural artefacts and code, in line with the Enterprise Architecture.
Additionally, you will provide direction and coaching to your team, ensuring adherence to correct coding, design, performance, and security practices aligned with TechnologyOne's development methodologies.
What you'll be doing Apply Enterprise Architecture standards, principles, and guidelines to your Domain's artefacts, ensuring alignment with non-functional requirements. Lead the Technical / Architectural Design Authority and Integration Strategy for your Domain, providing expert guidance. Triage and resolve product support issues, ensuring system reliability. Drive strategic initiatives and mentor peers, promoting adherence to development methodologies. Communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences, enhancing team knowledge. Design and document technical solutions, including prototypes, data models, and code, that meet business needs. Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality source code and configuration files. Lead and inspire a collaborative, achievement-focused team, guiding resource allocation and customer support. Continuously improve business practices, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies and work health and safety requirements, proactively suggesting improvements. Your Talents Extensive industry and technical expertise. Proven capability fostering a collaborative culture and inspiring high-quality work. Deep technical proficiency in at least one programming language such as C# or Java. Proficiency creating comprehensive design documents, reviewing code, and providing feedback to developers. Strong skills in database design, with a solid foundation in optimising data structures and performance. Experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on building scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions. Comprehensive understanding and practical application of non-functional requirements, particularly in software security and data privacy.
