Skills And Experiences
Essential:

Experience in operating Compaction Rollers /Water Carts/spreader truck
Current HR drivers' licence.
Civil or Earthmoving experience
Construction White Card
A positive attitude and commitment towards safety.
Be a team player and quality focused.
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Desirable:

Demonstrated experience working in the Stabilisation industry, including experience operating Wirtgen WR240 or WR2400 Stabilisers, or Streumaster Binder Spreaders
Previous road construction/stabilisation experience is beneficial or candidates who have pavement construction experience or desire to learn and progress in a new industry.
Current mobile plant tickets (skid steer sweeper, loader, watercart, roller, self-propelled aggregate spreader, bitumen sprayer) advantageous
Asphalting or Spray Seal experience
HC or MC drivers' licence will be advantageous
Foam bitumen Stabilisation experience
