Job Title: Site / Plant ManagerLocation: MunsterJob Type: Full-timeCockburn Cement is seeking a full-time site / plant manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day management of our lime assets at Munster. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for driving operational excellence.The site / plant manager will oversee and manage the site performance. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Champion Safety: Lead by example in adhering to Adbri Standards and regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of effective and unwavering safety leadership.Build and maintain a high-performance culture that stretches teams to perform at their best.Ensure all assets are being continuously monitored, are cost-efficient, and operated at their optimal levels.Optimise production planning, equipment performance, and process conditions to ensure optimal energy management of all assets.Ensure breakdowns / emergencies are rectified immediately and production downtime minimised.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Assess industry advancements, disruptors, and trends to bring insights and opportunities into Adbri.Proactively manage budgets, identifying and implementing opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency enhancements.Build diverse teams and optimise diverse ideas through inclusive and respectful language and behaviours.What you will need to succeed:Relevant tertiary qualifications, or a related discipline.Team management, preferably within heavy industry.Experience in managing multi-discipline employees and contractors.Hands-on experience identifying and resolving complex technical issues involving multiple stakeholders.About Cockburn Cement:Cockburn Cement is the leading Western Australian manufacturer of cement, lime, packaged cement, and drymix products.
