Planning & Implementation Manager

Join a technology focussed wealth management platform provider as a Planning & Implementation Manager responsible for successful operationalisation of projects into the customer experience team. This role works with a variety of stakeholders to identify deliverables, and ensure that business processes and procedures are followed and teams trained for a smooth transition into the customer experience team.

In this role you will run functionality workshops, process maps and ensure you have the operational teams ready to accept change. You will be in charge of ensuring that you understand what gets built and how it works operationally. This is a project based position but the organisation are not looking at just a Project Manager, they are looking for an operational person who has been in operations before and understands the environment.

This role is a hybrid wfh/office position based in Melbourne.

**In this role you will**:

- Determine readiness levels of users with regard to changes, uncover any readiness gaps, create & implement action plans to close gaps
- Create team readiness plan, understanding the project delivery timelines, data migration, capability deployment
- Manage activities throughout the delivery lifecycle all the way to successful launch of services
- Monitor and report progress on key targets, activity, training design and deployment activities
- Assist the Customer Experience team in provision of transition support and change planning

**You will have**:

- Experience in the financial services industry - preferably in wealth and superannuation
- Qualifications in RG146 are great but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Australian financial services industry, regulations and obligations with respect to superannuation, wealth and financial advisory services
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influencing skills
