About the Roles: All our consulting roles are designed to support our clients in achieving their strategic objectives by providing high-level expertise and ensuring client satisfaction throughout each project.
You will engage with and learn from our cross-functional experts across the organization, working on a diverse portfolio of projects. Your responsibilities will include unlocking value for clients through leading insights and advice, building and managing relationships with stakeholders, and delivering successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on regulatory approvals and public policy, particularly within the planning, heritage, and social disciplines. Conduct due diligence, reviews, and studies related to compliance, and navigate legal, regulatory, and social/cultural requirements. Utilise diverse thinking, analysis, and strategy development to leverage data and insights, identifying economic and social trends that may impact or enable project outcomes for our partners. Contribute to project teams, directing consultants and sub-consultants, ensuring projects are completed on budget and within agreed timeframes. Maintain awareness of significant external affairs and project risks, ensuring risks are mitigated and solutions are provided. Demonstrate project management proficiency, ensuring projects meet the highest standards and client requirements. Investigate and pursue potential partnerships and client opportunities, aligning with and supporting the overall corporate strategy. About You You will have demonstrated experience in: Strong academic background with relevant educational qualifications. Professional experience in a consulting/professional services environment or relevant direct industry experience in an advisory role within key sectors. Proven ability to win new business and expand revenue streams through networking and strategic relationship building across the industry. Strategic thinker who excels at finding innovative solutions to complex client and project challenges. Exceptional communicator capable of connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels. Interest in utilising digital technology to shape and deliver insights and value to our clients.
