UGL are currently seeking an experienced Planner / SMP Workpack Developers to join our team at Pinjarra, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic site team, contributing to the planning and development of SMP workpacks on a major project.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed workpacks for SMP activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using MS Projects to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Collaborate with site teams, engineers, and supervisors to gather necessary information for workpack development. Ensure all workpacks include detailed instructions, materials, and resources required for successful execution. Regularly update and adjust workplans to accommodate changes in project scope or site conditions. Conduct site visits and liaise with field teams to ensure the smooth execution of workpacks. Assist in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance with safety and quality requirements. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a Planner or Workpack Developer role, ideally within SMP or similar industries. Strong proficiency in MS Projects for planning, scheduling, and project tracking. Experience working on site-based projects and familiarity with site conditions and challenges. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
