Pile Driving Machine Operator

Reports To PILING TEAM LEADER Role Summary The Pile Driving Operator Role will require the ability to operate a range of Piling Machines within our fleet.
Primary responsibility will be drive Pile Sections to required specifications, while striving to achieve a production target safely every day.
You will also be required to manage a Piling 'Off-sider' who will be working with you as a team.
Key Responsibilities Planning daily crew activities for individual tasks and personnel performance management.
Co-ordination within Team, to undertake work in an efficient manner to ensure that the construction program is maintained.
Minimising QA / Rectification work required to be undertaken on completed Piles through attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Maintaining all Piling machines, and other Plant and Equipment to a high standard including daily pre-starts, checks and minor operational maintenance.
Working both individually and with the management team to Problem solve constraints.
Always ensure safe work practises / follow all HSE recommendations.
Skills & Competencies Previous Experience in Pile Driving, preferably within the Renewable Energy Industry.
A Will Do Attitude.
Ability to Lead a high-performance team with aggressive project timelines and goals.
Strong Work Ethic and time management skills.
Strong People and Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with clarity to the Team.
Drivers License Required.
High Attention to Detail / Understanding of Project Requirements.
Qualifications / Working Standards Construction Safety White Card / Correct Rights to work in Australia required.
Requirement to be Physically fit and able to work in a field based environment.
Pay Package of $45 per Hr plus $65 LAFHA daily, Accommodation / Transport provided - 60+ Hours per Week.
