Today, we deploy over 3,000+ highly skilled and dynamic employees, across the major regions of Australia, North America, Africa and Asia a feat only made possible by attracting and retaining the best workforce.About the Job:Our Road Transport division continues to expand, and we're seeking an Operations Coordinator with industry experience to join our team and work with our clients located in Pilbara mining.Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you working closely with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing a team of 30+ field employees.Location: Mader HQ - Perth Airport with free onsite parking.Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM - 4PM.Key responsibilities will include:Work with our clients to assist with labour and staffing requests.Schedule and maintain a consistent workflow.Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients.Be actively involve in the recruitment process of hiring personnel.Ensure employee roster is accurate and up to date.Regular site travel to conduct client visits and employee check-ins.Drive positive safety culture and reinforce safety messaging.Regular team events and employee catch ups to build team culture.Timely and accurate quotes are provided to clients.Skills and experience required:Previous mining experience is highly advantageous.
