The service is centre and/or home based. Work autonomously within the interdisciplinary Integrated Care Rehabilitation Team to manage, coordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible Physiotherapy services in acute and community settings. This role reports operationally to the Team Leader of Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service and professionally to the Director of Physiotherapy. Permanent Part Time (30.4 hours p.f.) and Temporary Full Time Position (76 hours p.f.) From date of appointment for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
