As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team, you'll support people to get well and working.
As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans.Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.Identifying barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.What you'll bring to the role: Australian recognised degree qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA accreditation.Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.Willingness to work in the community (must have a driver's licence and access to own vehicle).Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.What we offer you: Truly flexible working, in the community, from home, and the office – you set your schedule.Learn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning team!Multiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from within!Generous financial incentives program to reward you for your impact.Purchase additional annual leave.Paid parental leave.Additional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program, and so much more!About us: At WorkFocus, we get people well and working.
