As a key member of the Allied Health team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating these interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework.
You will be part of a talented multi-disciplinary team at our LifeWorks Cairns centre with the diversity of working both in the centre and community settings.Key responsibilities include:Identification of rehab and disability support for clientsDevelop indvidualised client interventions, therapy support plans and treatmentDelivering excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence-based practiceIdentify and support client goal settingCollaboration with multidisciplinary Allied Health teamReferrals to internal and external providersParticipate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniquesAbout you..To be successful in this role, you will have a balanced approach to supporting a diverse caseload and are committed to whole person care ensuring you deliver quality support to your customers.Your dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers and an expert in pain management, body movement and function.Essential Criteria:Tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy (essential)Current AHPRA registration (essential)Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent organisation and time management skillsStrong commitment and professionalism to customer centred careExperience building long lasting patient relationshipsHighly motivated and a positive attitudeYour Royal RewardsSalary Packaging:Up to $18,550 salary packaging benefits (lower your taxable income and increase your take home pay!
