In this role you will provide pharmacy support by delivering, replenishing, and maintaining the stock levels of our pharmacy and the hospital wards. You will also have the opportunity to assist customers and patients with general enquiries, and support the pharmacy team with various operational and administrative tasks.

About the Role Replenish ward imprest stock and assist in maintaining inventory levels both in pharmacy and in the hospitalAssist customers with general queries, including liaising with hospital staffSupport efficient delivery of medications to clinical unitsAssist in the maintenance of all pharmacy storage areas through stock rotation, consideration of relevant storage requirements, expiry date monitoring, cyclical stock counts and general housekeepingSupport pharmacy team with operational and administrative tasks for inventoryAssist the pharmacy teams with other ad-hoc pharmaceutical dutiesYou will be working a 7-hour shift every Tuesday and Wednesday, for a total of 28-hours every fortnight.
About You You are an experienced Pharmacy Technician seeking a new challenge or the opportunity to expand your skills into the hospital pharmacy setting. If you have some experience in pharmacy procurement, that's a bonus!
To be considered for the role, we require that you possess:
Previous experience dispensing medication in an Australian based pharmacy.Australian working rights.Hospital experience is desirable but NOT essential. Hands-on training will be provided to ensure the successful transition into hospital pharmacy!
