Your Role: As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our store, providing stellar customer service to every patient who walks through our doors.
Your tasks will include:
Customer Service Hero: Delivering outstanding service with a smile!
Merchandising Maestro: Completing planograms, merchandising tasks, and setting up catalogues to keep our store looking fabulous.
Inventory Whiz: Helping with ordering, invoicing, and stocktake (bonus points if you've got experience!).
Keeping It Clean: Performing general cleaning and tidying duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience Counts: Previous pharmacy experience and experience with POSWorks retail software would be beneficial, but not essential.
Qualifications: An S2/S3 certificate is highly regarded.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fun, supportive environment.
