This is an ideal opportunity for a pharmacist looking to expand their skillset and step into a key management role.As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead our small team and deliver high quality services to our valued customers and patients, including vaccinations, webster packing and medication checks.
You will work collaboratively with doctors and allied health professional to deliver centralised patient care.Support the growth and promotion of the pharmacy within the local Burleigh communityMentor and develop the team, supporting onboarding and induction processes for new team members.Cultivate a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.The successful candidate will receive the support, resources, and mentorship to advance in a successful leadership career at Ramsay.What we can offerWork flexibility!
