Pharmaceutical Production Operator - Day Shift

To support their continued growth, we are looking for Sterile Room Production Operators to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to be involved in all parts of sterile manufacturing, compounding, machine operation, filling, and cleaning.

Pharmaceutical Production Operator Day Shift Temp to Perm Opportunity Rooty Hill Location 7am to 3pm Key Responsibilities Set up and troubleshoot filling and packing lines as assigned to you. Strip down, wash, and reassemble lines to produce a quality product. Ensure the lines are working to maximum efficiency and meeting set KPIs. Monitor the quality of the product throughout the filling run and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and compliance. Optimise the line to meet KPI's and minimise downtime. Work on the line, guiding and directing the other operators to ensure the line meets Safety and GMP standards. Complete GMP paperwork to a high standard. Complete printed material reconciliation as required. Communicate effectively with other teams in all areas of the business. The Following Skills Experience Will Be Required Previous experience working within a pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices is a must-have. Safety-first focus. Ability to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. LEAN Manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
